Accounts Payable Clerk
at WWAV RAPP COLLINS in London
Accounts Payable Clerk, upto £18000 per annum, fantastic development and training opportunity, Riverside location, will suit someone dedicated to forging a career in finance.
WWAV Rapp Collins is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team in their riverside offices in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will be responsible for the prompt processing and accurate recording of supplier invoices and employee expenses. Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
Promptly register all invoices and expense claims as required.
To accurately set up new suppliers and payment terms on the system.
Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Processing employee expenses and Corporate Card expenses as per our policy.
Running monthly reports.
Ensuring all payments are correctly authorised and Sarbanes Oxley compliant.
Prepare supplier payment runs to agreed terms.
Reconciliation of supplier accounts on a monthly basis.
Resolving any queries in a prompt and professional manner.
Maintaining accurate and up to date filing systems.
So who are we looking for? Well, if you have some accounts payable experience, that will obviously be an advantage, but most importantly, you will have a reliable, responsible and self motivating personality. Your attention to detail and accuracy are paramount, and you will have fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal. Your PC skills should be up to speed, with a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, email and any accounting packages.
