My client are looking for a specific type of Java J2EE Developer. You will need to be ambitious, you need to be able to work to tight deadlines and deliver well written clean code.
Skills wise you must have developed OR worked on either bespoke and boxed CMS systems and used Spring or Struts and hibernate and have good XML experience.
